All ForgeBio.io content (source code, design, graphics, original texts, images, brand, logos and other elements) is owned by the Owner or duly licensed. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited, except for personal use by the User.

Content published by Users (profiles, links, uploaded images, texts, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the person publishing it. The Owner acts as a mere technological intermediary under article 16 of the LSSI-CE.

4. Owner liability

The Owner takes reasonable technical measures to guarantee service availability, integrity and confidentiality. However:

• The service is provided "AS IS" and as available.
• The Owner does not guarantee complete absence of errors, technical interruptions or external attacks.
• The Owner is not liable for content published by Users nor for damages arising from improper use of the platform.
